Cholera Outbreak Kills 279 People in Congo

brahim Cisse UNICEF officials say that the cholera outbreak in Congo has killed 279 people and left four thousand others were hospitalized in the last four months.

Cisse said in the northeastern province of Orientale Congo is the worst-hit province of the epidemic with 1,400 cases and 102 of them die. The Congolese government called Cholera outbreaks occurred in four provinces in the country.

Cisse added in the Congo capital, Kinshasa, 124 people ill and 14 of whom died.
